Our core model is simple: we provide a full service - professional photography, listing across all relevant portals, paid campaigns, lead management, negotiation support, and legal guidance through completion - and we charge 1% commission only when the sale closes. For sellers who need more, we also offer dedicated agents who handle everything, including viewings. That added work is reflected in commission. In both models, quality and commitment stay the same.
