The main building spans a lower ground floor, ground floor and first floor, with 563.20 m² of licensed gross construction area and authorised capacity for nineteen guests. All seven guest units have a private bathroom, air conditioning and television, and several open onto individual balconies screened by trellis, with views over the olive grove and the hills to the east. The two ground-floor units open directly onto the lawn beside the pool. Each room has a character of its own, defined by its tilework and textiles, giving the property an identity rarely found in establishments of this scale.

The shared areas were designed to host groups. The dining room comfortably accommodates a long twelve-seat table and flows into a second sitting room with a wood-burning stove; a third sitting room, also with a stove, faces west.
