The land comprises 12,840 sqm of open ground with a composition typical of the region: roughly 7,480 sqm of olive grove, dry and irrigated arable cultivation, and a watercourse crossing the plot that traces the densest band of greenery on the property. It also includes 200 sqm registered under the urban tax record, corresponding to a former single-storey house now in ruins, whose footprint the project uses for part of the built area.
